About me:

I'm a retired structural engineer, based in the UK.
I'm always willing to learn from anyone who has the experience and knowledge to teach.
By nature, I will always offer respect to anyone I first meet, regardless of gender, colour, creed etc. And that respect will deepen and extend as I get to know them, unless they provide evidence that such respect is not warranted.
I welcome critique, advice, comment, observation on anything I upload ~ images, threads, blogs etc.
I am no expert photographer, but I am learning and I trust, improving.
Since retirement, I now do a lot of wood-turning, as well as photography, picture mounting and framing.
So I guess as time goes on, you'll see some of my turned pieces on here.
